Refer to the FVASELB1788 Bylaws for further information on its Annual general meeting. (AGM) was held on November 23, 2024 in the Fort Vermilion Seniors’ Centre.

Tuesday November 24, 2020 the FVASELB1788 hosted its 6th AGM at the Fort Vermilion Community Complex. Nearly 70 community members came for the meeting enjoying some goodies. The Board would like to again expressed it’s gratitude to those who make evenings like this possible through their serving hands as we all unite under the vision“Provide seniors and elders with a healthy, respectful environment that celebrates cultural uniqueness” of caring for our most vulnerable

We have been directed by Service Alberta to amend (2) key articles within our Bylaws (Article 7.1 & Article 10.1). The current Bylaws can be found on our website at www.fortvermilionlodgeboard.ca
It has also come to our attention that our current Bylaws, not being in good standing with Service Alberta, could be presenting processing concerns with Revenue Canada regarding our Charitable Organization application.
