On July 3, 2025 the Fort Vermilion and Area Seniors and Elders Lodge Board and the Otipemisiwak Métis Government (OMGthe Otipemisiwak Métis Government) held a Community Supper and information session regarding the recently approved Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations.
OMGthe Otipemisiwak Métis Government was represented by the Secretary of Housing & Infrastructure, Valerie Quintal, and Fort Vermilion Métis District Citizens’ Representative, Bobbi Paul-Alook.
